Prepare for war

For RoC war you need:

• To have about 10 tiles free
• Couples hour before war starts, stop use legions, because there is not enough time to recover stamina. 
• And all legions must be cavalry in all rows.
• Dragon Shouts and Dragon Slayer Bolts, to defend from attacks
